They take extra measures to make sure the apartment complex is clean all the time. Maintenance request are handled very quickly. Definitely a luxurious place to live. 10/10 would recommend it.

After looking at multiple apartment complexes, we realized quickly that Residences at 62W was clearly a cut above the rest. We have found the staff to be gracious, welcoming, and attentive. In addition, the pool and grounds are well kept. We very quickly fell in love with our new home and are thoroughly please with out decision to stay here.
