62W is such an awesome place to live. My husband and I moved here because our old apartment had issues with quality - 62W's quality is outstanding. The layouts, finishes, and appliances are very luxurious - and the rent is very affordable! There are always fun events going on in the community room, and little treats from 62W or other residents. The indoor garage is so nice. We have an electric car and Ruth made things work to get us a garage spot with an outlet. Moving here was an easy decision

The best apartments to rent in North of Des Moines. The people take really good care of you and think of all the possible ways to make your stay easy and comfortable. They take extra measures to make sure the apartment complex is clean all the time. Maintenance request are handled very quickly. Definitely a luxurious place to live. 10/10 would recommend it.
