Our apartments are unfurnished, but they come with all the essential appliances you need. We do have the ability to furnish apartments at an additional cost. Reach out to the Marketing Office with questions.

The best apartments to rent in North of Des Moines. The people take really good care of you and think of all the possible ways to make your stay easy and comfortable. They take extra measures to make sure the apartment complex is clean all the time. Maintenance request are handled very quickly. Definitely a luxurious place to live. 10/10 would recommend it.
